RoR + GraphQL + React/Chakra full-stack logistics/finance project!

Looking for some long term help building the next generation MVP of my product!

We're over from starting from scratch and I'm mostly a Ruby on Rails + Quasar/Vue engineer (and re-learning react), so to get things running fast I'm looking for some support in getting this out the door and into my customer's hands :-)

About us:
Retailers squeeze suppliers with insane payment terms and there's no reliable way to measure or control the carbon impact of a shipment (which isn't great, considering that suppliers need money to operate and that 30% of global greenhouse gasses come from transportation) — Lockstep provides suppliers with immediate supply chain financing that rewards sustainable practices with better rates (i.e. the greener the shipment, the better the interest rate).

Behind the scenes, we're creating an ML-based green score for everything that moves and using that to drive the interest rates for our loans. This scoring enables us to turn trade finance into an ESG-investable asset class, which helps us close the $1.5tn trade financing gap while indirectly reducing transportation-based emissions.

The founding team is made up of a tradetech entrepreneur, former deloitte associate partner who built J&J’s supply chain control tower, and an agtech data scientist/former quant + the team is already sustainably financing inventory in LatAm.
