Virtual Assistants and Acquisitions Agents (Callers)

Job overview:
Calling sellers and seeing if they are interested in selling their properties.

Tasks:
Open a lead.
Build a rapport with them.
Follow up with leads if they aren't ready to sell.
Create appointments for us to view the property.
Connect them to the acquisition specialist. (once they are ready to sell)

Closed deal:
Once the seller meets us at the property for an appointment and we get the pictures and video. That's a CLOSE for you.

Qualifications:
A BPO experience is a plus
Fluent in English
Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
Fast Learner
Can work with less supervision
Can work remotely and can communicate with his/her direct manager

Salary/Pay:
P20,000-P30,000.
