Intermediate/Senior Front End Team Lead (Full Time)

As a team lead, you will be responsible for a team of developers. You will take responsibility for the productivity of the team and the quality of their work as well as provide leadership and direction for the team, supporting other developers with a focus on staff development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Planning, estimation, requirement analysis, database designing, wireframing, layout design of assigned project and other ongoing projects in team with Project Manager / Developers / Designer / QA
- Participate in creating and integrating user interfaces, upgrading applications, and working within the company's network.
- Define front-end architecture/framework, development environments and build processes of new projects.
- Coordinate team’s activities across the different stages of the product development lifecycle: understanding business requirements; JavaScript development; code review; unit testing; deploying changes to user environments.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to technical team members in all project activities
- Participates in developing supporting proposal materials for projects, scoping and planning work.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of working experience in Front-end development with at least 3 years working experience as a team lead.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work well in a team, project management, and technical leadership experience.
- Proficiency/familiarity with Javascript, React Native and React preferrable.
- Familiar with mobile App development.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence or equivalent productivity tools have additional advantages.
- Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
- Able to write and document basic technical design specifications for front-end collaboration usage.
