JOB OVERVIEW

URGENT HIRING: IT HELPDESK ENGINEER
(Makati & Mandaluyong)

Responsibilities:
• Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, system architecture and environments.
• Manipulate systems to resolve accordingly.
• Ability to comprehend, capture and interpret basic information
• Proficient with PC hardware and software knowledge
• Strong technical aptitude
• Genuine interest and appreciation of the computer hardware industry
• Adheres to company policies and procedures
• Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong detailed attention.
• Interpret and validate technical issues, test solutions, follow-up and escalate when necessary.

Requirements:
• College Graduate (2 or 4 yrs. I.T Course) or at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Others or equivalent.
• Newly graduates with strong potential may apply.
• Flexible, Fast learner, Self-motivated and a team player
• Windows Environment knowledgeable
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Basic Server knowledgeable (LAN & WAN)
• Willing to work shift
• Willing to undergo training, work on a shifting schedule.
• Must be willing to work in Makati and Ortigas, Manila.
