Social Media and Marketing Position

Looking for an “A-Player” social media and marketing experienced assistant that is interested to work with the owners of both a premier fashion manufacturing and real estate service company in the NYC area, whose company was chosen as one of the Top 25 Hot Companies to look out for in 2016 by Counselor Magazine?

Below is a summary of the tasks and skills we are looking for, but don’t worry. You do not have to fit in every position. If you find a few areas that are a better fit for your abilities, feel free to let us know!

Google Docs, Google Sheet, Gmail communications, or similar apps.

We are looking for a prolific and talented content creator to write and produce various types of downloadable content and blogs regularly, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads.
Manage our SEO (we are willing to give training in this area and many of the other areas for this position). We ask that you have a strong background in marketing to start with.
Expert Email Marketing
As a product marketing manager, you will be a leader on the team responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our product
As a paid marketing manager to help acquire new leads and customers through online pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition campaigns.
Over time, if you and the company are successful, these are areas your position can evolve into after you've worked with us for some time and gain tons of experience:
As a marketing operations manager, you will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management.
As a media relations manager to play an integral role in public/media relations, corporate communications, and content creation for our company.


Assertive Creativity: We have a business to business company that works with factories to produce and sell custom made manufactured goods and stock products to established businesses that do not have access, the skills, or the time to do these task on their own. The other types of business we do under this company is for our new retail brand called Urban Classics and Hype Stash.

Good Hands Real Estate: We have 2 divisions for this company. One for our current rentals and another for our rehabbing business. The rental part of this business has already been established for some time and we are now reshaping it so other people can take over certain parts of it and manage multiple sections to reach maximum productivity. The real estate rehabbing part of the business is still in development stages and will need the ideal A-Player to be a part of that ---------- partment: Candidates must fit in with the company culture and add value from their insights and experience. Must have a functioning webcam for communication and a working ---------- munication Skills: We need reliable people that have good English communication skills, are 100% reliable, and responsible to communicate within the company.
