youtube API app developer

want to build an app that pulls data from the Youtube API into a user friendly web interface for both desktop browser and mobile. the target market for this app includes youtubers (content creators) and advertisers

data that will be needed from youtube API
-video parameters such as channel url, channel name, video title, thumbnail, views, duration, likes, shares, keywords, language, publish date

functions
-ability to search by keyword, wildcard, location
-ability to update real time data, sort data by date or alphabetically, save data, export data to google sheet or xls

to apply, you must meet these 2 criteria
1. minimum one year of experience working with the youtube api
2. minimum one year of experience in software development to create a similar app as outlined above
3. Fast in home internet connection with your own dedicated computer

2. what do you propose for front end solution?
3. how long do you anticipate this will take to complete?
