We have an opening for a Creative Web Manager position.
This person will manage web proprieties and “back end” systems. Not customer interface required however a clear understanding of our ideal client is required. We serve a 100?male-based clientele in a service-based business.
Qualification
1. Must have advanced knowledge and experience with WordPress based website, membership sites (Access Ally) and CRM software system (Ontraport). CSS Coding required.
2. Preferably, at least 1-year professional experience managing high volume websites and membership websites, servers and CRM software in a virtual team environment.
3. Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
5. Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
6. Self-starter, a strong communicator and able to work independently and a virtual team environment.
7. Must be willing to commit long term.
Responsibilities
1. Plan, implement, manage, monitor and upgrade the company's website. Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
2. Update HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
3. Improve the User Experience of the websites and all other web elements.
4. Manage and maintain all website components: communication with server providers, website updates and back-up, site speed, google console, communication with CRM management software.
5. Manage and maintain membership websites: create new pages for content, CRM tagging, ensure ease of use for our clients. Light CSS coding required.
6. Great understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
7. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
