Junior Developer

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer to work for a US-based client. This is a full time (8 hours a day), potentially long term position. The ideal candidate is fresh out of college looking for a long-term position eager to practice and grow their skillset, a fast learner, that is collaborative, self-motivated, and transparent in their communication.

We are a technology services company. We provide our clients with technology strategy, design, implementation, and maintenance services. Our mission is to enable entrepreneurs and small business owners to streamline and optimize their business. We have active clients in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Currently, our services include, building websites, funnels, products, and streaming services, integrating systems, building automation, building mobile communication platforms, building full-suite business solutions, building Docker containers on Cloud Platforms, and more. We do have plans to also build web and mobile applications in the future.

About the Position
We are looking for a junior developer to help with automation, integration, APIs, Webhooks, general scriptwriting, and platform development in AWS and Google Cloud. This involves experience in software development, writing scripts, and an understanding of API integrations and webhooks. This also implies the ability and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and languages as needed; an ability to think outside the box, problem-solve on the fly, and a willingness to tackle complex problems on your own. The right candidate will be self-motivated and work well in a team. At times this position may require helping the web development team with the creation of websites. As time permits, this position might also be asked to assist with support tickets on the helpdesk and assist with tool recommendations. Over time this position may grow into developing web and mobile applications.

Requirements
? Proficient in GSuite (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc...), Asana, and Zoho One applications
? Have strong conceptual thinking
? Have strong communication skills
? Have strong team collaboration skills, a strong ability to collaborate well with others
? Be a self-motivated individual who shows initiative
? Have a positive attitude, easy to work with, yet will deliver on time and on budget all the time
? Ability to work from home (computer, fast-speed internet, headset)
? Have a keen ability to optimize and automate
? Have 1-3 year experience in developing in at least one programing language (Java, Python, Deluge)
? Experience developing in automation tools (Zapier, Zoho Flow, Zoho Orchestra) and/or have developed against APIs or created webhooks
? Knowledgeable in eCommerce & Marketing Software toolsets (Clickfunnels, Kartra, Kajabi, Teachable, Groove, Shopify, Zoho, Muvi, etc..). Not all examples are required, but applicant must demonstrate skills in some of them
? Experience developing in cloud platform technologies, such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud
