Sales Manager for a Publishing Company

• Supervise and motivate all sales staff
• Coach and train new/old sales tea ---------- mber for skills development
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
• Create strategies relevant to improving sales
• Collaborates with Operation Manager
• Participates in the hiring and selection process of sales staff

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience managing and directing a sales team, ideally in a BPO setting (non-voice)
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

Salary: $800 USD
8H/Day ; Weekend off
