Hey, thanks for reading this job post! We're looking for an experienced and reliable Virtual assistant who’s worked supporting Real Estate and Administration in the US.

Your main role will involve data entry, managing spreadsheets, setting up mass email distribution, and other virtual assistant tasks.

Looking for someone who is:
* Speaks fluent English,
* Highly Focused & always follows through
*Friendly and happy personality
* Excellent knowledge of excel and google sheets
* Can work autonomously
* Has experience sending email blasts (via mail chimp and others)
* Very organized,
* Hard-working,
* Is motivated and always on time,
* Excellent computer literacy.

I’m Bill, an experienced real estate manager based in the US. and I'm looking for an Assistant to complete some basic tasks such as updating email lists, transferring payments from a spreadsheet to excel etc. You will be responsible for knowing your own tasks and schedules and for pushing yourself to perform. You'll have the flexibility to work whenever you need as long as the tasks are completed before the deadlines.

We require someone who is thorough and consistent - willing to complete the tasks and go the extra mile to get their requests completed on time.

We are based in the Honolulu timezone (HST)
