We would prefer someone who can work at least partial US day-time hours. Ideally, working hours would be Monday – Friday from 8am EST – 10pm PST. However as long as the work gets done, schedules do not have to align.
You must be fluent in writing English. This position is heavily customer service-oriented

“think outside the box”, a quick decision-maker and approach the role with a ‘get stuff

Your responsibilities as our Virtual Assistant aren't bringing CEO coffee and shuffling
paperwork looking busy!
Here is what your responsibilities will actually include (but not limited to):
- Heavily involved in creation of social media infographics, pictures and content for posting. Text is not as important as design and summation but is a plus.
- Customer service and the administrative side of the business. This
will include handling inquiries about memberships to training courses; Helping
community members with usernames, passwords and permissions to the Member’s Area
(WordPress); Moderating payment plans and ensuring payments are made on time;
looking into purchase queries (sending receipts, failed payments, etc); updating
membership pages at our direction (includes downloading and uploading images to
membership site, linking pages, etc.).

You’ll also be responding to
- Calendar management. Arranging coaching and interviews using Google Calendar.
Online filing using Google Drive.
- (Notice) Add the phrase “#nomoremigraines” in your application headline
- Managing blog posts and
writer or crazy good internet marketer. You just need to be able to follow simple step by
step directions and schedule all this to be posted in a timely manner. We use
Later and WordPress. You don’t need to know these (although some WordPress
would be nice) but be a quick and eager learner.
- Daily reporting through a google Doc
- Uploading occasional videos to Youtube, Pinterest and Instagram and send to videos to clients
- Some WordPress knowledge would be great but not
might have you fix links or redirect a URL from time-to-time.
- Occasional research on various topics - Google is your magic wand. When research is
necessary, your responsibility is to present research information in a detailed, organized
manner that is easy for the team to comprehend.

YouTube posts. If you know how to create unique and eye-catching
images using ourblog posts you’ll get big brownie points.

You don’t need to know all of these tools, but be a quick and eager learner.
Please, only apply if you are super detail-oriented and you are beyond organized. You
must have at least 1 year of work experience in the virtual assistant space.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), although at first there may be a ramp-up
period to actually fill the full 40 hours.
