We're looking for a Virtual Assistant comfortable with Customer Service, Order Fulfillment & Social Media Management to provide quality service while improving the overall customer service process.
What you'll do
Respond to customer messages using re:amaze in great english & in a timely + efficient manner (in a friendly manner, while displaying respect)
Issue refunds, replacements, or discounts to customers by our best practices
Communicate with our suppliers for faulty or incomplete shipments
Reply to & Moderate Social Media Comments on
(Can Be Trained) Develop templates, automations & more to streamline support
(Can Be Trained) Fight Fraudulent Orders & Paypal Disputes

We're also looking for:
(REQUIRED) Experience with Customer Support Software (ReAmaze, ZenDesk)
(REQUIRED) Communication skills - Must have fluent written English
(REQUIRED) Experience working with a Dropshipping Ecommerce Business
(Preferred) Experience with Basic Order Fulfillment (Excel/Google Sheets + DSers/CJDropshipping, etc)
