Cold Caller

We are looking for an enthusiastic Cold Caller to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to sign up with us.

A successful candidate is friendly and persuasive. You understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate is also patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.
Responsibilities:
• Cold calling people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations
• Answering incoming calls from prospective customers
• Using scripts to provide information about features, prices, etc. and present their benefits

For this role, you'll need:

-Real Estate experience is not required but a plus
-Must have a computer with at least Intel I3 5th Gen processor; 4GB Ram
-Internet must be at least 10mbps (wired)
-Must have a noise cancelling headset available
