Video Editor/Youtuber/Final Cut Pro

I am looking for a video editor to edit 4-6 videos per month.

Length 5-10 minutes

At least one video per week (with top of 6)

Final Cut Pro preferred looking for someone proficient with editing talking head A-roll, adding great transitions, excellent B-roll and hopefully experienced with Youtuber talking head style type of videos. Ability to work in 4K is also appreciated.

I also want someone able to create thumbnails to be placed on Youtube.
