Scraping internet & referenceUSA database

Summary:
I need someone to compile an email leads list of businesses in Arizona (state) in the USA with greater than 25 full time employees using referenceUSA. I will provide access to this database.

This project will require accessing internet information beyond referenceUSA. No emails that are similar to info@businessname.com or staff@businessname.com or businessname@gmail.com or any emails in this sort of format will be acceptable. Use your good judgment for this and only include personal sounding emails like Michael.Stone@stonebrothers.com

I require the following mandatory information taken from the referenceUSA database and the internet for each business organized into columns in an Excel spreadsheet: Company name, Executives (Executive Name, Executive Title), Business type (Keyword/SIC/NAICS), Geography (State, City, Street Address, Zip Codes), Phone (Business phone, Area Code), Business size (Number of employees - only companies with greater than 25 full time employees), Ownership (Public/Private Company, Headquarter ONLY), Financial Data (Stock Exchange, Ticker Symbol, Credit Rating, Business Expenditures), Special Selects (Web address, Year established, Number of PCs). Information scraped from the internet: Name of HR manager for company, Email address of HR manager, Name of current health insurance carrier. Finding personal emails is the hard part, so when scraping the directory and associated websites look for the personal email information first and then look for all the other information associated with the HR manager of business owner.

Fee per company entry:
I am looking for a fixed price for a leads list. I will pay $0.05 USD (five cents USD) per company and its related information. Please reply with your understanding of the job requirements and fee per single company entry that I'm willing to pay for the work.
