Experienced Real Estate Lead Generation Cold Caller with Bonuses

Looking for a self-starter with experience making cold calls and qualifying warm leads within the real estate industry. The person has to have strong English speaking and writing skills. Additionally, the person will need to have the ability to call numbers in the USA. This role offers bonuses for closed deals, flexible hours, opportunities for growth, and the ability to have consistent month over month work with a great team.

The following are some of the activities and experiences that we are looking for in the role:
-Ability to make calls between 8:30am-5:30pm CST/EST for part time hours within the week.
- Cold call mobile home park owners to influence them to sell their property.
- Qualify leads from calls and send warm leads to the team.
- Set appointments for warm leads that were identified from the calls.
- Able to effectively manage objections from callers.
- Self-starter with good attention to details.
-Experience or willingness to create/ update a database of mobile home park owner contact information for cold calls.
- Assist with tasks to help close deals.
