Urgent! I am looking to hire an experienced US Real Estate VA for outbound cold calling and lead generation. I have a family-run real estate investment company located in Atlanta and motivated to learn and grow within our company. Career path to be determined based on your individual strengths and goals. Of course, your pay will grow together with your growth. We offer additional commission to all VAs for every lead closed!

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English; little to no accent
Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps); internet back up
Noise canceling headset with clear microphone
Call Tools experience
Hard-working, professional, positive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow

Description of work
Phase 1:
Cold-calling about 500 prospects per shift (4x dialer assistance provided by us)
Phase 2:
Cold-calling and texting
Phase 3:
Supervising/training new cold-callers/texters
Social Media & Website/SEO management
E-mail campaigns
Phase 4:
Campaign manager or Lead Manager
Phase 5:
Acquisitions Manager
