Position: Part-Time Marketing Manager
Compensation: $4 - $5/ hr Depending on Experience
Expected Hours: 20 hours/week

Seeking to hire an experienced Part-Time Marketing Manager. The job will be around 20 hours a week at $4 to $5 per hour depending on your experience.

The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent English skills (both speaking and writing). Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with experience in Digital Marketing.

Job Duties include:

Creating Advertising Projects
Sales Funnel Marketing

Email Marketing
Overseeing Development of Physical and Digital Marketing Assets, including:
Research & Development
Managing Marketing Budget
Content Creation (ex. Blog Posts)
Building Relationships with Vendors, Agencies, and Key Industry Players

Experience and Skills:

Experience with Marketing for Organizations
Understanding of Market Research, Analysis, and Strategy Development
Experience with Lead Generation & Nurturing, Drip Campaigns, Design Tools, Content Management Systems (CMS), and Google Analytics
Experience Troubleshooting & Problem Solving (ex debugging deliverability)
Experience Copywriting
Knowledge of HTML & CSS
Strong Analytical Skills
Project Management Skills
Desire to Learn
Ability to identify target audiences and market to them successfully
Knowledge of Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Experience with Google Adwords
Skilled with Spreadsheets
Experience using Project Management Apps (Asana, Slack, Trello)
Experience using G-Suite
Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency with Clickfunnels
