As the #1 Sales Korean Brand company in Shopee that has a proven track record of years of solid operations, We are on the hunt for someone to manage and grow our online presence and drive leads for our Shopee Website, who is a team player and an expert in their area who can collaborate with us and provide input, strategy, and feedback. We want someone who can think on their own and execute tasks promptly, excellent at copywriting, content strategy, design, video editing, and scheduling.

If you live and breathe marketing and your comfort in managing 6 figures(USD) ad cost a month, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels.

The marketing manager's primary responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

Responsibilities

Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

Your marketing and graphic skills should be a “Top Notch” as you will be expected to create images for the content, ads and email campaigns etc. You should be well versed in internet marketing and running ads. The more you are versed in those areas the better! Previous work experience in the E-Commerce Industry is a PLUS!

Please understand, we require you to know what you are doing and can provide high-level input and expertise to the strategies we are trying to accomplish. I want to highlight again; we will collaborate and do everything as a team to accomplish the end goal, but everyone will need to take initiative in their area of expertise!
