General Qualifications
-A minimum of 2 years of Accounting experience, in either work-from-home or office-based environment.
-Any exposure to any work-from-home tools such as Asana, Slack, Google Spreadsheets, etc is an advantage, but not required
-Any working experience related to Financial Reports is an advantage, but not required.
-Any working experience related to Payroll (in the Philippine setting) and/or Tax preparation (in Australia setting) is an advantage, but not required.
General Responsibilities
-Ensure up-to-date entry on invoices related to Sales Transactions, Supplier, Receivables, etc
-Bill all vendors according to payment schedule and arrangement.
-Communicate with internal and external customers regarding transactions or payments
-Perform end-period reconcile sales, invoice and billing transactions.
Technical Requirements
-High-speed Broadband Internet Connection (Min Upload: 10 Mbps, Min Download: 10 Mbps)
-Working Computer with a Clock speed of 1.5 - 2.5 Ghz
-Windows Operating System - any version (i5 or higher)
-Minimum of 4GB of RAM
