Full-time programmer wanted by U.S. Company – php, CSS, javascript

Us:
We are a small but dynamic and growing organization located in the United States looking to hire someone desiring full-time, permanent, work-from-home employment. We are looking for someone reliable, honest, hardworking, and responsible and who works with an attention to detail – in general, someone who takes pride in their work.

You:
You must have a strong command of php, CSS, javascript and html, and a fairly good understanding of Ajax. Some Joomla knowledge is preferred but is not absolutely necessary. You must be able to code database-driven web pages.

Your Duties:
Initially your job shall consist of recoding, modifying, and debugging this web site:

And your first assignment with us will be paragraph 1a and 1b of this document:

After completing 1a and 1b, we will have you work from other documents and come back to this document at a later time. We’re just showing you this entire document at this time as we feel it is probably the most difficult of anything we will ever ask you to do. If you feel confident you can do this kind of coding, be confident we will work well together for a very long time on this and many other projects in the future.

Requirements:
You must have a pc with fast internet access. You will be expected to work full-time, 40 hours a week, and not split your energy between this and another job. You must set aside a consistent and regular set of hours each week during which time you will be working full-time for us and must be available for consultation during this time. A simple daily email report will be required of your work activities each day.

Payment:
You will be paid once a month, and we recognize and agree to the standard 13th month payment custom. You will email us an invoice (we will show you the format) 3 days before payment is due near the end of each month,. We will make payment by xoom or paypal or any other method that is agreeable to us both. Starting pay is $300 USD per month with regular raises as your experience increases.
