Sales & Marketing Manager

The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Account manager with marketing and business operations experience to assist in developing and growing our business. Key attributes for this role include coordinating projects, client relations and experience in extending revenue opportunities. You will spend most of your time managing your portfolio, generating new relationships as well as reaching KPI’s and maintaining budgets.
You will prepare proposals, quotes and establish a sound level of production workflow. You will be required to manage creative teams along with pitching and presenting ideas to clients. You will report to senior management regularly to give updates on jobs.

Requirement:
Previous experience working as an account manager in a fast-paced ---------- monstrated ability to ---------- monstrate high-level of management expertise
Capable of managing a team of 4 x sales representatives
Proven client relation skills.
High self-motivation.
Impeccable ‘people’ ---------- sential Criteria:
Must have a Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing
At least 3 years small – medium agency experience required.
Driver’s License.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proven experience in exceeding KPI’s.
Must be able to start immediately.
1 year Contract
