Accounts Support with Debt Collection Expertise

We’re looking for talent to join our newly created accounts team, reporting to Natalie in our Head Office in Australia
We need a full-time accounts clerk to join our team to help us with daily reporting and accounts tasks.

What You'll Do...
===Key Responsibilities===
Debt Collection and Customer Calling
Answering customer account queries
Payment recovery
Review payments in Stripe and follow-up on failed payment plans
Conduct credit checks on clients and open new accounts
Maintaining and improving debtor days
Allocate payments and reconcile against the ledger.
Processing of sales invoices and Stripe payment plans
Produce monthly reports on debtor status

===Skills and Experience===
Must have experience with Debt Collection and Customer Calling
Must have experience in Accounts Receivable
Must have experience with International Payment Recovery
Must have experience with Xero, Stripe and Hubdoc
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
Able to demonstrate initiative and work autonomously

===Ideal Candidate Will Be===
- Someone with excellent communication skills
- Ideally has worked in an International Company
- Davao city candidates would be highly regarded
- Excellent verbal and written English
Your Work Agreement
40 hours per week, working mainly Monday to Friday but with a flexible weekend schedule
Expected hours between 7.00 am and 3.30 pm Philippine Time
Your monthly salary will be in AUD (competitive salary package for the right candidate)
Your salary will be paid bi-monthly and sent directly to your bank account
PH Legal holidays will be observed
