Local Account-Customer Service Representative-No Experience Required

Job Qualifications:

Computer literate (typing, email, chat, internet, navigation, and MS Office Application)
Good to excellent communication skills in both English & Tagalog.
Available to work on shifting schedule.
High school graduates with 2-6 mos. BPO experience are welcome to apply

Job Responsibilities:

Answers incoming calls from customers ranging from product information, product inquiries, complaints, follow ups, etc.
Connects with existing customers to gauge general satisfaction and get insights on how to improve our products and services.
Ensures the use of own accesses and appropriate systems and tools in handling issues/concerns
