Amazon Operations VA - Supply Chain Management

We are an amazon brand building company and currently looking for an operations manager specialized in supply chain management.

You goals will be the bellow:
Day-to-day business operations and project management
Make sure that all products are all year around in stock
Implement operational efficiency through processes and infrastructure + daily monitoring to find opportunities for optimization
Efforts to reduce costs wherever possible

Examples of tasks you should be familiar with:
Supply Chain Management
Manage the full supply chain circle, from supplier finding, until the product arrives at Amazon ---------- ventory / Warehouse management and forecasting
Create reports in excel to forecast inventory, when to re-stock on amazon and when to re-order from suppliers.

Process and SOP’s
Create systems and SOP’s to improve internal processes

Amazon Seller Central Management
Monitor everything on amazon seller central and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Project Management
Planning, organization leading and controlling projects related to above

Competencies:
You have at least 2 years of experience in supply chain management
You are familiar with Amazon seller Central and have worked for other amazon sellers
You can identify problems and solve them and won’t stop until they’re solved (persistent)
You have an eye for details and setting up frameworks
You are a born integrator -> love creating processes and systems
You are an A player
You are sociable and enjoy talking to partners, colleagues and customers alike
