Web designer wanted FULL TIME
40 hours a week. $500 to $960 USD a month

A digital agency outside London, helping clients who are political campaigning organisations in the UK, working to protect the rights of women and children. Over the next 2 years, the agency will be redesigning client websites to improve user experience, on-site navigation and SEO.

I’m looking for a full-time web designer, who is an expert in Elementor Pro, to build websites.

Must have skills:

- Organised self-starter with attention to detail
- A helpful, loyal person who will protect client confidentiality
- An eye for clean web design
- Experienced in Elementor Pro
- Able to
- create designs from scratch as well as work with pre-built themes
- make it easy for clients to add new pages or posts
- create pages for donations
- add white label subdomains
- create membership sites
- improve site speed in GT Metrix
- add structured data schema mark-up
- add custom PHP, JavaScript, CSS and configure widgets
- manage website migrations and 301 redirects
- monitor and fix errors or security issues

Nice to have skills:
These skills would be helpful but are not essential. More important is a willingness to learn.
- Working with the Cloudways platform
- Server management
- File management
- DNS management
- Backups
- SEO
- Agile workflow

Working arrangements
Full time 40 hours a week. You choose your own working hours (work in your own time zone)
Tools: chat (slack), project management (Trello or Clickup) and Google workspace
Meetings in Google meet
- a 10-minute daily stand-up. (between 0600 GMT / 1400 Philippine time and 0700 GMT / 1500 Philippine time) to cover 3 things:
1) What I did yesterday
2) What I’m doing today
3) Any blockers
