resolve uses data-informed insights to act as a Guardian Angel for patients in the US with excessive medical bills - stepping between them and hospitals and insurance companies to significantly lower the amount that they owe.

The US healthcare system is ridiculously complex and stacked against patients. Those without insurance pay massively inflated payments while those with insurance have to deal with out of network payments, claims denials, and a host of other issues. Everybody is affected by the myriad of errors within the system. We aim to change this.

We recently closed a seed round of venture capital led by Endurance Companies and including several leaders in healthcare and financial technology (notable including Founder/CEOs of Collective Medical, Funding Circle, and HireVue) and are looking to scale rapidly.

Virtual Assistant - Sales
As a Virtual Assistant - Sales, you will work closely with our sales team qualifying inbound leads, scheduling consults, and providing advice on managing medical bills.

You will start out reviewing inbound leads and scheduling consults with a Sales Advocate for pre-qualified leads (and providing advice via email for leads that aren’t pre-qualified). As you get more comfortable with our work and services you will handle in-bound calls as well - talking to patients, understanding their situation and making them comfortable, and providing advice on the best path forward.

Our Virtual Assistants work 8 or 9 AM to 5 or 6 PM East Coast time at least 40 hours per week.

Key Qualifications
Personable: you must enjoy talking to and working with people
Fluent in English
Strong drive to succeed - there will be a lot of tasks to constantly accomplish
High comfort with technology and email: you will be working in our CRM and emailing people constantly

Job Benefits
25,000 - 32,000 PHP per month, depending on experience.
