Front End Web Developer (Only Bootstrap)

We need a Frontend developer with high update level skills for bootstrap. We Don't Need a (WORDPRESS GUYS) Please don't message me if you are only a WordPress developer.

Task Details:
We want a frontend developer for our website with 50-55 pages. All the pages are designed and will provide you in PSD format.
The website design has some features like dropdown, tabs, on-hover effects. We don't want developers to make our design as shown in PSD framing. The design should look professional. Write diamonds code on top of your request otherwise, the copy-paste request sender will be ignored.

Skills required:
Html5, css5, javascript nad jquery

Platform to work:
Bootstrap

Time Duration:
Max 1 month

Responsibility:
You will be responsible to make our website fully responsive on all devices and the website should be fast and proper coded with comments.
