Virtual Marketing Assistant

We are a management consultancy specialising in risk and resilience management services, based in Sydney, Australia. Spurred by the Covid-19 pandemic over the last 12 months, our services are quickly becoming an absolute necessity for all businesses and industry sectors: SME's, Corporate, Enterprise and all levels of local, state and federal government.

We require a VMA to help develop and grow our online Social Media Marketing presence. Tasks will include
1. Assisting to cleanup our existing leads/prospect lists in SFA, Constant Contact and email
2. Working with our team to develop email/social media campaigns, messages and graphics
3. managing in-bound inquiries and follow ups
4. Managing our social media schedules such as release of articles, newsletters, blog articles, company news
5. General admin-assistance for our online marketing presence.

Whilst not essential, you will be highly regarded if you also have experience in developing online marketing / social media strategies, skills in Account Based Marketing (ABM) and can also undertake basic Graphic Design work (such as developing blogpost images, email marketing templates, etc). Previous experience with Sales and Marketing Automation Tools such as Salesforce (SFA), Constant Contact, Keap, Hubspot or Marketo would also be an advantage.
