Hiring: Social Media Content Creator for sports content, player analysis, and game reviews in the data analysis/basketball niche
This is consistent on-going work, NOT a one-off job.
Pay: 5 - 10 dollars per hour depending on abilities. Pay raises for high-performing content creators.

Location: Remote
Niche: Tech, Basketball, Data. Knowledge in this area is preferred
Audience: USA

Project requirement: Post one post a day on Twitter and Instagram (each post should have the proper hashtags, description, and image-size and format). Must maintain engagement with fans and escalate important messages. Project volume may increase if proven to be a reliable person that can provide top-notch work.

Requirements:

Strong understanding and passion for the game of basketball, specifically the NBA. Needs to update-to-date with the NBA.

Adequate quantitative skills, and can understand basketball statistics like PER, WS, Plus/Minus, etc.

Has a track record of creative content creation, branding, as well as generally out-of-box thinking.

Familiar with managing Instagram and Twitter posting schedules, social systems, and best practices.

Need to be able to edit social media posts with canvas or commensurate software.

Must be willing to create a social media example piece free based on a basketball and data related topic.

Must be willing to do a real social media post for Twitter and Instagram (paid)

MUST meet deadlines (This is non-negotiable. So many content creators have screwed me on this. Missed deadlines = zero-tolerance policy)

Must create 100% original content (no copy/paste, plagiarism)

Must deliver error-free copy and use Grammarly to proofread for the image descriptions and hashtags

Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and architect the motif and theme that will define Strictly’s public identity from a social media perspective.

Post once a day on Instagram and Twitter using Strictly’s theme. Basketball posts will include the following but not limited to:
Player game statistics
Miscellaneous NBA statistic (current or historical)
Important announcements
Dashboard demos
Product marketing

Maintain constant engagement with fans and escalate important message to the Chief marketing officer

Native English writer preferred

Instruction will be provided on the theme of the social media post.

Process:

We know free doesn’t seem fair, but this should only take about 15 minutes for you, and it helps us determine who can actually create social media content vs who is trying to scam us. There is no other way for this type of job
If accepted then we’ll move to a PAID sample training period
We will give you feedback and training - please expect blunt but polite feedback
