Virtual Assistant

Job Overview
We are real estate company based in Tampa, Florida and we are looking for a virtual assistant. Hours are 30+/week and the time of day scheduling is flexible. Our business is growing and evolving and our needs for a virtual assistant are changing with us.

Our business consists of buying, renovating, selling/renting real estate (mostly single family houses). In addition to this, we have a brokerage and focus on higher priced listings in Tampa Bay.

We put a very high importance on our marketing and have high quality expectations with how we display our brand. Maintaining and growing our brand is the goal of new VA. Our ideal VA:
Is looking for a long-term fit,
Has the video and graphic design skillset listed below, and
Shares the same EXTREMELY HIGH attention to detail that we ---------- mon Tasks:
* Editing and uploading videos for Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram (editing video, audio, and graphics for our property for sale videos, and similar),
* Misc graphics designs such as creating property for sale flyers, watermarking and editing photos, editing business cards, for sale signs, etc,
* Creating Facebook posts,
* Creating Instagram posts,
* Creating and editing pages on our Webflow websites

* Managing our online presence for our monthly real estate meeting
* ---------- ,
* Finding and screening contractors for our renovation projects (using various websites such as Facebook, Craigslist, Thumbtack, etc),
* Creating lead lists of potential houses for sale using local websites and a reverse lookup software.


Skillset MUST INCLUDE:
* Exceptionally high attention to detail,
* Good communication skills,
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your schedule on your own,
* Proficient in editing videos which include 4k video footage, vocal audio, background music, images, and graphics such as logos and footers (using whichever programs are necessary such as Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, iMovie, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs),
* Proficient in editing graphics such as custom flyers, brochures, photos for social media, and similar,
* Willingness to learn new things without giving up.
