Creative Marketing VA

In search of a talented Creative Professional to support a global, boutique branding studio. This job is for someone who is excited to wake up every day to live in your purpose. We also have a charity foundation that empowers marginalized communities through education, sustainability and entrepreneurship.

This hire must be positive, self starter, good attitude, ready for a challenge, eager to learn, takes direction well, enjoys working collaboratively, has common sense, good communicator, excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities include:
1. Squarespace design professional: support with the design and build of websites
2. Technically savvy: needs to be able to trouble shoot and custom code injection
3. Visual Intelligence: Takes directions well and can translate visual information (for example: see an example website and replicate the style and function)
4. SEO Optimization: basic to advanced knowledge
5. Plug Ins: Research and implement plug ins and third party services including payment portals
6. Talented in Photoshop: must be able to resize images, adjust colors, add color overlays, use templates
7. Setting up and managing accounts: Zoom, Calendly, Gmail
8. Marketing Capabilities: basic knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics
9. Independent: Good eye for design and not afraid to make creative decisions
10. Social Media knowledge- manage instagram account
11. Efficient: Incredible at streamlining and optimizing systems and processes
12. Good attitude: Honest, hard working, delightful
BONUS: design simple logos, manage small MailChimp account, good sense of humor
