A leading digital marketing agency in Australia is currently looking for
Requirements:
-At least 2 years of professional experience. Must have experience managing digital advertising across multiple social media platforms including
-Self-starter who has a passion for creative thinking.
-Love for data/analytics and superior project management skill.
-Experience building funnels. We use GHL (similarities to Clickfunnels but better)
-Tech-savvy, ability to navigate tools like: FB Business Manager, GHL, Google Analytics, Hotjar and more.
-Strong creative content development skills (ad copywriting and design)
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of perspective.
-Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects consecutively and the ability to work under pressure
-Ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems on the fly, and communicate with those around you. Teamwork and scrappiness required.
-Knowledge and experience with automation for lead nurturing. We use GHL (experience with GHL is a bonus, and we also provide training on this). Strict attention to detail and cross-checking data.
-Excellent communication skills, both with clients and cross-departmentally and ability to relay ideas clearly and ability to learn quickly and execute at a high level with speed
-Able to work M-F 8.30 AM-5.30 PM AUSTRALIAN EST; Must be flexible and able to work additional hours/weekends/holidays if the situation warrants it
-Generally reachable and responsive to team members (Slack) during working hours
-Must be organized and able to follow and update SOPs and complete weekly reports.
-Must be assertive and able to clearly communicate with team members via Loom video and Zoom video conferencing and in Slack and Asana.
Responsibility:
-End-to-end management of advertising campaigns using ad platforms like
-Help to strategize and manage all day-to-day digital marketing activities; including social media ads, landing pages, funnels and automation software.
-Focus on generating leads for fitness studios using ads and funnels.
-New ad campaign setup: Setting up ad campaigns and funnels using our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-Lead and collaborate with internal team members to produce content (Campaign assets, images (we use Canva), videos, social creative, landing pages, etc), ensuring everything is developed on time and up to brand standards with end-results in mind.
-Write compelling ad copy.
Testing variables of copy, images, video, landing pages to optimize results. Optimize results with A/B tests, ad optimization, funnel
-Communicating: Clear and consistent internal team communications using Slack, Asana, Loom video explainers and on Zoom video
Compensation for this role will be dependent on experience and demonstrated the value of the volume of ad accounts effectively managed
Range $9-12/hour with opportunity for further growth
Review compensation plan after 6 months
