JOB OVERVIEW

Our client is a logistics company that has been around for 70 years.  They are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Payable Clerk / Administrative Asst. to work with their NY team on a long term engagement.

Work includes report generation/preparation, AR/AP, data processing such as order entry, style info entry, and the likes. Most of the work takes place on their proprietary software (which they will train you on), Microsoft Excel, and MS Outlook. Good communication with team members in NY and in other remote locations is ---------- ndidates must have prior experience in data processing, accounts receivables & payables, invoicing with excellent analytical, mathematical competencies and fluency in English.  

They will also need  a PC, MS Office and a consistent and fast internet ---------- ndidates will be needed for 30 to 40 hours per week during NY business hours. Please apply ONLY if you intend to work on long term basis.

Salary:  $3/hour, non-negotiable;
Work hours:  9am-530pm EDT (9pm-530am, Manila time), non-negotiable
