How you’ll bring impact
This role will be responsible for managing Cubert products Fulfillment Manager to ensure on-time processing and delivery to consumers and retailer partners. The Fulfillment Manager will manage a team of offshore fulfillment coordinators. This role will be reporting directly to the Head of D2C Operations and will be an integral part of the D2C Operations team. Our team is growing fast, and now is a great time to join the team and take part in our D2C Operational Excellence Initiative for these emerging global brands.


How you’ll apply your skills
Managing team of offshore fulfillment coordinators to ensure daily on time processing of e-commerce and internal sample orders
Daily e-commerce platform audits and development of reporting on e-commerce order processing KPI’s
Hiring, onboarding and training of offshore team including scheduling, task assignments, re-training, and performance reviews
Working closely with Vendor Manager to ensure smooth implementation of new warehouse integrations between selling platform and warehouse management systems, i.e. familiarity with Shopify Integration with Shopify Apps through API keys
Ensure maximum return on investment through effective measurement of operational performance and successful completion of assigned projects.
Become the subject matter expert in all fulfillment needs as well as supporting other supply chain functions such as S&OP Process and Tools development.
Participate in ERP implementation projects from a user testing standpoint.
Coordinate Demand Planning team efforts with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to develop sku forecasts by Channel.
Manage the communication and coordination of forecasts as it relates to marketing/sales promotions, new product, discontinued product, and availability concerns.
Manage the Demand Planning interaction and communication with Supply Planning function to ensure efficient planning processes.

What you bring to the table
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management or related quantitative field.
5+ years of experience of E-Commerce fulfillment experience with platforms and marketplaces such as Shopify, Magento, Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, etc.
Familiarity with Shopify Apps on warehouse management system integrations and fulfillment
Strong track record of delivering sustainable long-term business enhancements and efficiencies
Strong communication skills, equally comfortable presenting across internal and external customers
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with other advanced analytical tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau would be considered an asset.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to crunch numbers, glean insights and present findings through all levels of the organization.
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with solid project management skills

Bonus Points ( Experience that is nice to have but not necessary, it can be developed with us)
Experience with ERP implementation would be considered an asset.
Experience with any enterprise ERP system such as SAP and Oracle would be considered an asset.
Experience in B2B and D2C fulfillment, high-tech products/services.
Thorough understanding of supply chain related topics (e.g. freight transportation, parcel shipping, inventory management, order management, demand and supply planning, S&OP, facility planning, network optimization, inventory optimization, warehouse operations).
