I run a coaching business helping other coaches grow their businesses.

I have a very automated sales and marketing system in place but need some help filling in the gaps.

You will be provided training on everything, but you need to have a basic understanding of marketing systems and strategies.

The only non-negotiable item is the LinkedIn experience.

Obviously, the more experience you have on all of the following is best, but don’t expect you to know everything.

There are many tasks, but I need someone to help with that include:

Listed in order of importance. As your experience with STEVE.LOVE grows the more involved you’ll be in the organization. Expanding both personally and professionally is expected due to the nature of our transformational work.)

????Outbound LinkedIn Messaging
-Sales Navigator
-Initiating new connections.
-Sending periodic messages to all contacts every couple of weeks.
-Posting organic content.

????Manage PipeDrive CRM
-Ensuring all the leads/opportunities/schedules are ready for the sales team to hop on calls to sell.

????Inbound Lead Management - Making sure leads and calls are all set up for the sales team to close.
-Managing applications through Typeform.
-Managing scheduled sales call using Calendly.
-Keeping internals sales tracking system updated.

????Ads/Funnel - I have a high converting funnel and you’ll need to learn my strategy. As you learn my system I’ll let you start managing the following...
-Managing campaigns.
-Testing images, copy, and headlines.
-Testing landing pages.
-Custom and Look A Like Audiences

????Email Marketing - Currently using ConvertKit
-Manage existing sequences.
-Adding new email sequences.
-Editing new emails.
-Adding new emails as they are created.

????Client Support - I teach clients how to implement the same strategies I use in my own business. As you learn my systems I need someone that can get on group coaching calls and work with clients directly. I have training on all these things, so you can learn and set up everything to learn. Then after you know how to do it you can help our clients. Out clients get stuck and need someone to help them resolve whatever issue they are having. The most common need is the following...
-Helping them set up their webinar on ----------
-Setting up Facebook Pixel.
-Setting up Custom Conversions.
-Configuring their email (MailChimp, AWeber, ConvertKit, Etc).
-Work on HelpScout tickets as they are assigned to you.
