EXPERIENCED Online Business Manager / Senior VA

We're seeking a long term, committed and hard working person to help us with an increase in workload.

You will be the 'glue' of our day-to-day operations, helping our team run smoothly from 9:00am AEST (currently +11 in daylight savings time).

With your top notch organisation and skills with project management software (we use Monday, ideally you have experience with this, otherwise competitor software is okay), you will ensure tasks are assigned and completed, with any issues resolved in a timely manner.

You will also be hands-on where needed, helping with projects and tasks in Wordpress, as well as Google Docs (sheets and docs). You must be familiar with Excel/spreadsheets. We also use Slack and Trello.

You should:

* Be efficient and attentive to details, being able to follow instructions very well
* Have excellent communication and literacy skills in English
* Be a team player - you will collaborate closely with other amazing staff
* Be highly organised, structured and reliable
* Be positive and passionate about what you do, priding yourself on delivering quality results

We're looking for someone experienced and passionate about online business management.

THE ROLE

Experience with content in Wordpress, Google Docs and Spreadsheets is critical. To be considered for this role, your application MUST include your experience level with these three things - let us know how long you've been using them and how confident you feel with each.

We use Monday, Slack and Trello with our team - please let us know your experience levels in these too.

Social media tasks may be required, so an understanding of it is essential. Ultimately we're looking for someone to dig in and get familiar with all aspects of our business, so they can help it run more efficiently and effectively!
