Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a talented and personable Graphic Designer with at least 6-10 years of experience to join our growing digital marketing team. The candidate we’re looking for must have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. Must have the ability to translate marketing into designs that are clear, compelling, and visually ---------- scription:
- Develop creative assets for existing brands, including website graphics, logos, banner ads, email newsletter graphics, PowerPoint presentations, social media graphics, and some print when necessary, such as brochures, packaging/labels, etc.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.
- Evaluate color, font, and other design elements on websites for revisions and A/B testing experiments.
- Produce promotional print material such as cards or labels when necessary.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Work independently as well as in a group when necessary.
- Contribute to the design evolution of an existing brand.
- Contribute graphic design tactics to team brainstorming sessions.
- Research and remain up-to-date on current industry practices.

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A keen eye for design with a perfectionist focus on details.
- Strong design portfolio.
- Experience in social media graphic posts.
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities.
- Ability to collaborate and is cognizant of others’ priorities to help achieve the goals of the group.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate well with team members.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus.
- Can work with a time tracker.
- Can work on EST.
