Lead Generation/Marketing Assistant

We are a New Jersey based Real Estate Investment Company is seeking an experienced Lead generator assistant to help the acquisitions team. We seek to purchase distressed properties or US homeowners seeking interest in selling their properties.

Online Lead Generation - We will teach you the daily activities required to generate motivated seller leads online every single day. There are several methods, tools, and practices to be taught on how to find motivated home sellers online. We will teach you this method over the course of your training and will be required to generate a consistent stream of potential sellers to the acquisitions department.

Requirements:
Performs high-volume data entry using spreadsheet
Completes additional assigned tasks as required.
Make reports and prepare data in a useful manner.
Keep information confidential
have Excellent Attention to Detail
must be Highly Tech Capable and proficient at all standard office software
have experience with data entry and proficient typing skills
Training will be provided as needed so you have to be capable of learn things quick and implement with minimal supervision
Access to high speed internet
A Fully Functional Laptop or computer
A Wired or Wireless Headset with noise background cancellation
Quiet Work Space With NO Distractions
Able to work in EST, Mon-Friday minimum hours to start at 6 hours
