UI/UX and Web Development Manager

Hello! I'm the owner of a creative agency in the Midwest, and we are looking for an experienced Manager in UI/UX design and web development who has an extensive experience with web designing and development who will work alongside our Creative Director, strategists, web developers, and designers to design modern, clean websites.

This person should have great English and communication skills and has at least 3 years of web design and development ---------- eing your portfolio is a must!

I am a female entrepreneur who believes in building up everyone that I work with so I like to give direct feedback to help mentor you as well! I would like to start with someone on an hourly basis of 30-60 hours a month. I really want to create an ongoing relationship that is not only financially lucrative but fun for both of us!

Responsibilities:
-Killer design work on web design and or print/social media design that is modern
-Understanding of how to do design research, strategically present designs to client and ALSO make design decisions that translate well into development
-Knows Figma or Adobe Pro, Divi
-Work closely with an in-house team of designers, project managers, and digital strategists and help translate the user experience into a design for a variety of clients across multiple industries (experience building with WooCommerce is a huge bonus).
-Produce effective business-oriented solutions based on organizational goals.
-Communicate ideas clearly and in a manner that can be understood by clients and ‘non-techie’ personnel.
