is looking for a passionate and innovative Social Media and Content Marketing intern with strong social media marketing, content & copy-writing, and project management skills.

You will lead execution for our Instagram channel, build on the current brand strategy, and play a pivotal role in growing The Refined Group brand awareness and driving engagement. You will collaborate extensively with the in-house team
to ensure a consistent vision across all marketing channels.

YOU WILL ALSO WORK WITH INFLUENCERS IN THE FUTURE.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Develop relevant content topics to reach target customers. Create, curate,and manage all published content for feed and stories across instagram

Monitor and build a social media following by maintaining a solid online presence via community engagement.

Formulate high-quality written and visual content for the email and social media campaigns.

Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers and building on the influencer marketing network.

Analyze data to determine campaigns using relevant KPIs.

Contribute innovative ideas. We expect you to consistently present new ways to further improve the SEO of our Website.

Assist with media coverage of The Refined Group projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH BRANDS ON INSTAGRAM
Ability to multi-task and remain flexible to the needs of the business
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
Ability to start, follow-through, and complete projects independent of direct supervision
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to learn and grow

Preferred:
2 years +Experience with paid social media ads via Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest
Ecommerce experience (online catalog management)
Knowledge in Photoshop, InDesign, or Adobe Illustrator
