Online/Retail Arbitrage product researcher for Amazon FBA expert

We are a company that is based in the United States and specifies on selling on US Amazon marketplace. We are looking to expand and to grow our team.
Please, note that we are looking for EXPERIENCED people, so if you don't have any experience, consider avoiding this application. We do not provide any trainings, tutorial videos and etc.
We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED AMAZON PRODUCT RESEARCHER, an expert in ONLINE ARBITRAGE business model (only FBA) and who would be able to successfully source products in online stores in the US. We are looking for responsible people with great work ethic, well-disciplined and who can search for products with minimum supervision. For a candidate to be considered successful, he/she must be able to submit at least 6 DEALS PER DAY with at least 2 WINNERS. For deals to be considered winners, they must be able to meet the criteria we provide (the criteria will be provided further). The candidate also will be responsible for calculating shipping fees and taxes for a particular item, so make sure you know how to do this, if you are interested in this position. Access to the Seller Central, Keepa tool (if you don’t have yours) and the Checkpermission tool will be provided.
The salary will be fully dependent on a researcher's performance, so if you are a person who always makes excuses with no motivation to work, avoid this application. The job is full-time and may be tough for those who are not prepared, because we have a strict supervision to the product sourcing. This is mentioned just to let the candidate know what he/she should be ready for. Daily communication is expected during the working process.
