SEM Assistant with Good English Writing Skills Wanted. Weekly Pay + Bonuses

I’m hiring for a full-time SEM assistant to work with my marketing ---------- SIRED APPLICANT QUALITIES:

ABOUT ME (Mason):
- I provide SEM services to business professionals: Digital Dasher
- I work hard and move quickly and expect team members to do the same
- I am very loyal and respectful to my employees (some employees have been with me for more than 3 years)
- I give performance bonuses for exceptional work (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)
- I own 2 UK Companies located in the city of London

JOB DUTIES:
- Create and Optimize Google Ad Campaigns
- Create and Optimize Amazon Ad Campaigns
- Do online research
- Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week

COMPENSATION PLAN:
- Paid weekly (you must submit invoice)
- Performance bonuses for great work
- 13th Month/Christmas Bonus
- Pay raises awarded based on performance
- For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year)
- 7 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
