AVAILABILITY NEEDED 8AM-5PM PST, These are the most active times for our clients
So we are looking for client success coaches for our 2 trading companies.
1 of them is forex trading
2nd one is stock market trading
The basic idea of how this works is they pay monthly subscription or yearly and watch videos on how to get setup with trading and copy our trades. There are many customers who didnt watch the tutorial videos and didnt join our group.
We are looking for someone that is dedicated to this and loves working with customers to insure their success and going out of their way to ask clients if they need assistance getting setup. We need someone who loves helping others and assisting them and directing each client on the right path to succeed with our business. You will need to be looking at member statistics (how much videos they watched, if they joined our group, what their struggling with, etc)
To sum it up you need to turn a client into someone whos lost or unmotivated, into a person who takes action and watches the videos and joins the groups. You need to change their mindset and help each client of ours succeed working together in our trading company.

You will obviously go through some training as well as be setup with the proper softwares and tools needed to do this job.
