Real Estate investment company and realtor, looking for cold caller

Real Estate Investment company looking for cold caller.

This position is looking for cold caller to contact property owners and realtors on the phone.
The candidate needs to have good phone skill and able to build rapport to properties owner quickly.

This is a full time position, working between Mon - Fri, California time 12pm-7pm, starting with 20 hours per week, will slowly increase to 30 or 40 hours per week.

Duties include:
- cold calling to property owners, agents, doing follow up calls.
- appointment setting
- follow up campaign
- skip tracing


Skill requirement for this position:
- Fluent English with American accent
- Able to call leads in the USA and set up appointment
- Excellent communicator, responsive and proactive
- Computer skill (browser, google doc)
- Reliable internet connection
- 6 months + of experience calling RE leads preferred

We pay BONUS on top of hourly rate. Bonus between $5 and $5,000 for each appointment and ---------- erested candidates please also include a 1 minute video to give a brief introduction of yourself.
