Project Manager / Customer Support for Website Agency

We have an exciting opportunity for you if you're looking a full-time Project Manager / Customer Support V.A position, from the comfort of your own home!

You will get to work with 20 awesome Filipino designers & developers for a world-leading website agency ----------

You will have a regular weekly income that you can rely on. (Paid directly into your bank in PHP, via TransferWise.)

We are ---------- , an Australian business that has an excellent reputation for creating awesome websites for a range of clients all around the world, to take their websites to the next level, so they can have a bigger impact.

For this role, you will:
- Assist our website development team with managing their projects
- Assist our website developers with customer support emails on our help desk
- Be available to have calls with our clients to assist our website developers.
- Be self-motivated & very reliable.
- Work at a fair & reasonably fast pace.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Be ethical, a team player, and a good communicator.
- Have good English speaking & writing skills.
- Have a fast, reliable computer & fast internet speed.
- Be able to work well unsupervised from your own location.
- You must have a microphone so you can have occasional calls with our team and clients.
- Work full-time within standard daytime hours, 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday.
- Commit to a full-time position with the goal to work with us for at least two years.
- Some experience with technical support is an advantage

When you have spare time, in-between helping our developers, we will train you to assist with managing our social media campaigns.

The position will start with a fully paid full-time 2 week trial period, to see how well you perform and to see if your attitude is a good fit for our culture, then we will offer you a permanent full-time position.

Our Filipino team is great to work alongside and you will most likely make some lasting friendships.
