Loan Processor

You will be part of a team responsible for processing of mortgage loan application.
This role is a full time position

Key responsibility
1. Ordering valuations and managing the valuation process
2. Ordering pricing and escalate to reach a best discount
3. Preparing loan submission via Apply Online, ensuring all data are accurately captured in system.
4. Producing compliance documentation
5. Managing post-settlement process such as change of loan purpose, loan split, etc

Skills
1. Must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Finance / Accountancy /Banking or equivalent.
2. High proficiency on Microsoft Office (Excel +Word)
3. Must have excellent English skills in both writing and speaking
4. Highly motivated and ability to work under pressure
5. Attention to detail is crucial in this role
6. Ability to multi-task and work to tight time frames

Preferably Bilingual in Chinese and English
Preferably at least 1 yr experienced employee specialised in Banking /Financial Services or equivalent.
