Are you a self-starter? Are you an organized problem solver? We are looking for a quick thinking, problem solving, customer oriented virtual assistant. As our REVA, you must be committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. Customer service to our clients and colleagues is very important. Your ability to learn quickly and make adjustments when necessary is vital. The perfect candidate will be Patient, Empathetic, Smart and Organized.
Responsibilities:
? Extract and evaluate potential leads, create electronic marketing campaigns and respond to responses from the campaign in CRM software
? Create tasks for follow-up activities and move leads that turn into deals to appropriate step in workflow
? Develop social media content and publish information on media sites
? Cold Call leads to generate new business
? Manage appointments
? Identify and track approved vendors in CRM
o Attach repair estimates to appropriate property
o Attach photos to appropriate property (when applicable)
? Track and maintain records of all customer, contractor and Title Company interactions
? Compile reports and metrics for leads, deals and closings
? Answer incoming telephone calls and text messages during business hours and/or respond to messages within 24 hours
? Solve problems or escalate problems when necessary
Qualifications:
? 2+ years’ experience in virtual assistant role, real estate admin experience preferred
? Mature, wise, poised and polished professional with a savvy grasp of written and verbal communications to serve and educate clients via e-mail, phone and social media
? Ability to build rapport quickly and analyze conversations to determine callers needs
? Strong organization skills with concentration on property details being provided by potential clients
? Proactive individual with a strong sense of urgency when it comes to responding to calls/text messages
? Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment with medium volumes of data
? Exceptional research skills, familiar with advanced tools, strategies and resources to find information and/or professionals in a specific field
