We’re looking for a General Virtual Assistant to provide Admin and Marketing support for our growing company. You'll be working closely with the team to support them in the daily and weekly marketing activities.
If you have some experience doing social media management, and media buying, it will be a plus.
This is a role with a progression to a marketing or advertising role depending on your results and
- Eye for detail
- Excellent English reading and writing
- Able to clearly follow instructions
- Able to communicate in a transparent and clear way
- Able to manage themselves
- Able to take initiative and propose ideas
- Comfortable with learning new software and technology
Responsibilities:
Admin Support

- Calendar management
- Recording team meeting minutes
- Sending out invoices
- Setting up project milestones and tasks
- Doing bookkeeping
- Following up with clients for payments
- Supporting recruitment & hiring activities
Marketing Support
- Sorting of databases
- Setting up
- Setting up Youtube campaigns
- Setting up Google campaigns
- Research on ad angles and ideas for the team
- Research on keywords and placements for Youtube ads
- Setting up campaigns and automations on ActiveCampaigns
- Setting up SMS reminders on ClickSend
- Research for
- Uploading videos for team training
- Updating the campaign reports
- Managing and posting content on social media (FB, Youtube, Instagram)
- Replying / Answering questions in FB groups
- Research and testing for new software / solutions
- Partnership outreach
