US real estate investment firm looking for talent

The candidate must have good telemarketing skill. The position will be working on Mon - Fri, California time between 12pm-7pm, starting with 20 hours per week, will slowly increase to 30 hours per week.

Duties include:
- cold calling to property owners
- cold calling real estate agents
- doing follow up calls to property owners and agents
- appointment setting

Skill and experience:
- fluent English with American accent
- cold call and follow up on leads
- setting up appointment
- Excellent communicator, responsive and proactive
- Computer skill (browser, google doc, Podio, phone dialer)
- Reliable internet connection
- 6 months + of experience calling RE leads preferred
- team player

We pay BONUS
We pay an hourly rate plus a bonus of between $5 and $5,000 for each deal, depending on the deal's size.
